Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India over 5,000 years ago. It involves a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation.

 

The practice of yoga has numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reduced stress and anxiety. It is also believed to promote overall health and well-being by enhancing circulation, boosting the immune system, and improving digestion.

 

Our school students trained to practise yoga daily and gain all the above benefits.
